Dean Mitchell to be Subject of Major Museum Exhibition in 2010
"Girlfriends" 20" x 28" Private Collection
Dean Mitchell's oil and watercolor paintings will be showcased in 2010 in a one-person exhibition at the Leepa-Rattner Museum of Art in St. Petersburg, Florida. This comprehensive exhibition will also be accompanied by a full-color catalogue of the works in the show.
The exhibit is scheduled to open February 21 and will run through May 2, 2010.

The Canton Museum of Art in Canton, Ohio, will be featuring an exhibition of watercolor paintings Dean Mitchell. The exhibit is scheduled to open November 26, 2010 and run through February 27, 2011.

Alan Flattmann Pastel Recognized
with Honor in International Exhibit
"Nightlife at the Voodoo Shop" by Alan Flattmann was awarded the 2nd Place Prize in the 13th International Open Exhibition 2008 of the Southeastern Pastel Society. The exhibit is being held at Oglethorpe University Art Museum in Atlanta. It will run through August 10.
Painting by Steve Graber Featured
at the Witchita Art Museum
The haunting and evocative beauty of Steve Graber's art is one of the featured works at the Witchita Art Museum in the exhibit "Art of Emrpise." The exhibit features prized works from the collection of Emprise Bank. The painting titled "Becket Point" depicts a dense cloud bank over an open sea illuminated only by the moon.
